Phillip Minter is a photographer currently based in Raleigh, NC. Originally from the Virginia Beach area, he has inhabited the North Carolina area since 2008. His first interaction with a camera was when he found his grandfathers camera and pretended to shoot people. He also didn't know it was a camera, but then again he was 8 at the time........

He is currently telling stories to anyone who is willing to view them and hoping to both inspire other people and improve his social skills.
